I have never heard of the Honest1 car care center/shop since I am new to the Dallas/Fort Woth area, but I have got to say that in all my travels and dealings with other auto shops across the US this seems to reminds me of a shop back in my town of Gering, where above all else the way you are treated is awesome and even when they first said I needed both the front and back brake pads replaced, they could have went through with it, but instead they were unpstanding enough to tell me it was only my front brake pads that needed replaced! So as the name says they are very honest and friendly people. By the way I didn’t live too far away but they still offered to get me an Uber to my house will they worked on my car, now that is excellent customer service!

The management is awesome with lots of experience and courtesy They promptly took care of all the issues I had with my vehicle. I will continue doing business here. Thank you Honest-1 Auto Care.

Fastest, best-value oil change I can remember. Told me I had a gasket slightly leaking and agreed it was too expensive to be worth fixing. Can you believe that? A car shop recommending against spending money?

After an oil change took more than 2 hours at a neighboring auto shop after arriving as their first customer one morning, I opted to try Honest-1 when I needed an annual state vehicle inspection. The facilities were new, clean, and even had a kids' play area, plus a coffee station. Setting up the appointment online actually worked and once I was there it literally took 15 minutes! I'll be coming back here for future work and oil changes needed for my car.

I needed to get an inspection for my car and I was familiar with Honest1 from the Arlington area, so I decided to take my business there since they are new in the Carrollton area. The Manager and technician was really helpful, kind and full of information about the next process for registration. I will take my needed car business to them in the future. Thanks for the exceptional service!!!

Fast service.Great mechanics.shuttle car. Kids play area. Waiting room and a restroom all areas were clean.When I got back in the car they had a snack connecting to not just a little fuel for the road. Awesome place and THEY SEND COUPONS I got $20 off of my synthetic oil change from 69.99 to 49.99.

These guys took care of me. They are courteous and reasonable. I would definitely go back and have them service my car. I highly recommend. 5 Stars.
